Rear Lights Added To Geddes Car Design

Here is a picture of the rear lights added to the model. The next part I am going to be working on is the glass for the windows. Once I have modeled the glass I will start to create the interior of the car.

Geddes Car Model With Bumpers

Here is a picture of my model of Geddes car design with the bumpers added to the model. Personally I believe that the model looked better without the bumpers, but I am going along with the original design.

Wheels Added to Geddes Car Design Model

I have now added the wheel models to the main model of the car as you can see in the picture. The next part to the model I will be working on are the bumpers and lights for the car.

Geddes Car Design Smoothed With Wheel Arches

Here you can see that I have chamfered the edges of the windows to make sure that they stay rigid when the model is smoothed. I have also created the wheel arches for the car, which also had to be chamfered to keep the shape of the curve.

The next parts of the car I will be working on, will be the wheels and other pieces on the exterior of the design.

More Work On Geddes Car Design

So far I have joined the interior and exterior of the car together and created the end tail part to the car. The next part I will be adjusting to the model, is to chamfer certain parts of the car so when I smooth the model it should look more like the original design.

Windows Made On Geddes Car Design

Here are a couple of pictures from my work on one of Geddes Car designs. I have been creating this model in Autodesk 3Ds Max. I these pictures you can now see I have moved some of the polygons about to create an area for the windows to fit into. This model is currently not smoothed, because I still need to join the exterior and interior of the car together and then chamfer.

The next part of the car I will be altering is the back part, by adding the large panel that comes up.

Front Of Geddes Car Design Altered

Here is a picture of my model made in Autodesk 3Ds Max of one of Geddes car designs. I have been working on the front of the car as you will be able to see from my previous post. One problem that will occur after doing this, is when I come to make space for the windows, which will be my next alteration, is having to lie up the lines to the drawing.

Work So Far On Geddes Car Design

Here is a picture of how far I am on Autodesk 3Ds Max with one of Geddes Car Designs. The car design that I decided to go ahead with and create first, was the top sketch that I drew in my last post. The part of the car that I'm currently working on is the front. As you might be able to see it is not quite looking right yet, but I am still working on it.
